Marcus Ellwood, is the visionary CEO of Nomadi Marketing Australia, where he leads with a balance of innovation, strategy, and people-first leadership. With over 15 years of experience in marketing automation, digital strategy and brand transformation, Marcus has worked with global and local brands to craft campaigns that merge creativity with data-driven precision.
Before founding Nomadi Marketing Australia, Marcus held senior leadership roles at several international marketing agencies, where he built a reputation for turning complex challenges into measurable growth opportunities. His expertise spans AI-driven marketing automation, customer engagement analytics, and sustainable brand positioning.
Marcus is known for his collaborative leadership style—empowering his team to think creatively while grounding every decision in insights and performance metrics. He is passionate about mentoring emerging marketing professionals and fostering a workplace culture built on adaptability and curiosity.
Outside of the boardroom, Marcus is an advocate for ethical AI in advertising and frequently speaks at industry conferences about the future of marketing in a technology-driven world. He enjoys surfing on the Gold Coast and is a dedicated supporter of local Australian startups.
